Head of TELCO
Job Description:
Promote Global Starter Pack (GSP) program and recruit one Telco per country to participate in the GSP program.
Fully support commercial GSP activities in identifying opportunities, qualifying leads and follow-up with Telcos to close deals.
Responsible for a smooth Telco cut over into GSP program.
Manages GSP operations, including remittances and settlement between the Company; Sedania Travelneeds2U and Telcos. Also oversee the production & distribution of GSP Billings and other back-end process.
Responsible for Revenue & Expenditure for Telcos . Main thrust is yearly budgets and monthly financial forecasts with emphasis on maximizing cost efficiencies and sources of revenue; as well as decreasing expenditures.
Maintain relationships with telecommunication industry including participation and involvement in industry initiatives, meetings, conferences and exhibitions.
Fully promote, support and implement GSP program. Asia Pacific was chosen as the first region with 16 potential telcos to participate in a Pilot scheme for traction of GSP program.
Fully implement Value Added Services for GSP program.
Job Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in telecommunication industry, preferably with a Telco. Knowledge of the market and major telco players in Asia Pacific region is mandatory.
Familiar with, or ability to quickly master GSP business model and Telco channel marketing operation procedures.
Able to quickly master various systems used by IATA. ie. BSPPLink and ABACUS i.e. Whiz Platform and e-services.
Good communicator (verbal & written) and presenter in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages will be an advantage.
Able to represent the organization at the highest levels of forums in the Telecommunication industry.
Demonstrated customer service ethics and the ability to work well under pressure.
IT capable with ability to fully use communication software as well as Power point, Word, Excel & databases.

Web Developer
Job Description:
To maintain the Travelneeds2u.com booking portal.
Perform coding, testing and documentation in line with user & system requirements to deliver source code, documents and test scripts that meet the client's needs.
Responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of a website.
Testing and Deployment of internal and external web applications.
Provide technical support to users including hardware, software and networking issues.
Undertake any other tasks/responsibilities when directed.
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or IT related with experience in web applications development.
At least two year of web development experience using PHP, MySQL, AJAX and JavaScript.
At least two year experience in database development.
Experience in web authoring tools such as Macromedia Dreamweaver.
Good written and verbal communication in English.
Have strong interest in Internet technologies and able to learn new skills when required.
Positive working attitude and a team player.
Good interaction with people of all levels.
Fast learner and able to work under tight deadlines.
